Can't load eMonitor test page

If you cannot load the eMonitor test page but do not see a gray box in place of the eMonitor software, try the following:

  1. Close all Safari windows but do not quit Safari.
  2. Select "Empty Cache..." from the Safari menu, then click Empty.
  3. Quit and relaunch Safari, then try the test eScale page again.

If the problem continues, open the eScale test page in Safari, then Select "Activity" from the Window menu in Safari. See if the Activity Viewer window shows any problems with the page. Please report any problems you do find via the technical help page.
