Macintosh eScale Diagnostics

You must update your system software to at least Mac OS X 10.2 in order to use the wireless eScale. Mac OS X 10.3 or 10.4 is recommended. If you cannot update your system software you will be limited to using a cabled eScale.

If you are already running at least Mac OS X 10.2, try running Software Update to install any available operating system updates. Although we know of no known bugs affecting serial ports with any versions of Mac OS X, it is best practice to keep your software up to date.
