Macintosh eScale Diagnostics

While the eScale software is compatible with Fast User Switching, it is possible to run into problems if other logged in accounts have browsers running with the eScale page loaded. To be safe, and until you get through your eScale problems, it is best to logout any other accounts and have only a single account logged in at once.

Select the other logged in accounts from the Fast User Switching menu and then select Logout from the Apple menu. Repeat for all accounts except your own account. If you cannot logout another account you may force a logout by restarting the computer.
