Macintosh eScale Diagnostics

Select "Bluetooth" in the Serial Port Setting menu on the eScale test page. If Bluetooth is not listed in the Serial Port Setting menu, please submit a problem report from the Technical Help link on the eCare home page.

After selecting the Bluetooth port in the Serial Settings menu, try taking a measurement on the scale to see if the weight now transfers to the computer.
