Your computer must be set to be "Bluetooth Discoverable", meaning that other bluetooth devices can locate your computer.

If you have the Bluetooth menu displayed in the menubar you may set the computer to be discoverable by selecting the Discoverable menu item. Clicking on the menu should then show a check mark next to the Discoverable menu item.

If you have your Bluetooth preferences set to not display the Bluetooth menu in the menubar you can set your computer to be discoverable by clicking on the Bluetooth pane of System Preferences and then clicking on the Discoverable checkbox so that it is checked as shown below.

Go back to the eScale test page and try taking a measurement on the scale to see if the weight now transfers to the computer.
