Macintosh eScale Diagnostics

Try clicking and selecting the usbserial port in the Serial Port Setting menu. If the menu contains any other ports, try selecting one of the other ports, then reselecting the usbserial port. Try standing on the scale and see if the weight transfers to the computer after the circle appears at the left of the scale's display indicating that the weight stabilized.
