Macintosh eScale Diagnostics

Check all computers within 100-150 feet from the eScale to see if they have either the eScale test page or the eScale weight entry page loaded in a browser. If either of these web pages are loaded in another bluetooth equipped computer, the eScale may transmit the measurement to the wrong computer. Note that this can only happen when one of the eScale pages is loaded in a browser.

If you do find an eScale page running in another browser, quit the browser and try taking another measurement on the eScale to see if the weight transfers to the correct computer. If you are still experiencing difficulty, click here to continue.
