When your client logs in to weigh in and clicks on the "Add results to your weight chart" icon on the eCare home page, does the system go to the eMonitor page or the manual weigh-in page? Consult the images below to verify that you have the correct page.

NOTE: clicking on the Test eScale link on the
eCare home page will always go to the eScale page.
